Rather it becomes more about building a deeper, more loving and grounded connection with yourself and the world around you.

The PFM practices are
PRESENCE - a mixture of breathwork and meditations to help bring presence and grounded loving awareness into your body and life around you.
FLOW - Yoga based and flowing movement to open up your fascial lines
MOVEMENT - Dynamic and uplifting movement to shift stagnant energy

This platform is based on creating a deeper reverence for your home. Inside your physical vessel and on planet earth. Each of the practices will be filmed in nature and every month part of your membership will be donated to WWF to be put towards rewilding and regeneration practices for our earth to help save and protect her.

Installing the app is free of charge and there are a variety of different membership options to suit your individual needs.

The download of HNTR LIFE is free of charge. No free trial offered. Should you use HNTR LIFE app to access in-app content via available subscription(s), a payment will be charged to your credit card through your App Store account . A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
